店の前を車で走ってたら肉吸いの文字が見えて引き返しました。
以前テレビで大阪のB級グルメだと見た記憶が…
検索してみると肉吸いとは肉うどんの麺抜きらしい。
うどんのスープに肉とネギと豆腐。
牛肉ではなく豚肉がたっぷり。
食べ方がわからずお店の人に聞くと
「玉子ご飯にしてもいいし、丼の中に入れたり、お好きなようにどうぞ」とのことなので、すき焼きみたいに浸けて食べました。
ご飯がとても進みますが、飲むには塩気が強かったかな？
