猿沢池の近くにあるホテルの地下にあります
個室でテーブル席です
懐石料理の形式で出てきます
あまり詳しくないので、１つ１つの料理は美味しいかそうでないかくらいしかわかりません
焼いた魚や茶碗蒸し、お椀、色ご飯と次から次へと出てきました
日本料理はガツンとくる感じの味付けではなく、ほんのりと美味しい感じなので、貧乏舌の私にはなかなか表現する言葉が見つからず
あ、給仕係の人に「この漢字はなんて読むのですか」とか「これはなんの料理ですか」と質問したら丁寧に全て答えてくれました
勉強熱心な給仕さんと不勉強な客でした
