時々食べたくなる

今回は全部乗せを注文してみました。
千円弱です。
ネギ、バラ肉、焼豚、煮卵半分、海苔かな？
肉とネギに覆われて麺は見えず…

毎回同じ辛い肉そば。
啜った瞬間咳込みます。

奈良県平城宮跡近くのラーメン屋さん。
こちらのラーメン屋さんは並ぶ必要はございません。

辛肉そば…辛いけど、食べてるうちに辛味どっか行く謎のラーメン。
慣れって素晴らしい。

唯一通うラーメン屋さん

肉そばが好きだったのですが、最近は辛肉そばばかり食べています。
最初は啜った瞬間に咽ますが、次第に慣れてきてどんどん食べられるようになります。
スープの味が好みで、出汁と油の甘味が合わさって濃すぎず薄すぎず丁度良い味だと思います。
席もテーブル席や座席も多いので、家族連れでも女性でも入りやすい雰囲気なのが良い。
メニューも豊富で他のも食べてみたいとは思っているのですが、いつも結局に肉そばと辛肉そばにしてしまいます。
