I went out for a little drive. This time I reserved a 3,500 yen lunch course. The restaurant is a little hard to find, you have to go up a footpath from the parking lot, and the restaurant is a log cabin at the top of a hill. There was a goat staring at me at the back of the restaurant entrance (lol). The restaurant has strict social distancing and only four tables. Each table is very spaced, so you can eat with peace of mind. The table settings are cute. There are lots of colorful vegetables. Later, they are actually cooked and eaten, so the staff explained the vegetables to me, showing me the actual vegetables. These were all very rare vegetables and I didn't know many things about them, so it was very educational. The course was appetizer, salad, takiawase, teppanyaki Tempura rice set (you can have rice refills), and dessert. All the vegetables were fresh and rare, and delicious. There were small cucumbers, zucchini friends, and more. The explanations from the staff were very detailed and fun! The hospitality was also very good☆ Another thing you can enjoy along with your meal is playing with the mascot goats (lol). There is a married couple of goats, and the wife is currently pregnant. She is probably due to give birth to twins in early autumn. The husband is very used to people, and when taking pictures, he looks straight into the camera! He is really smart, opening the window himself and coming into the shop a little!! Goats are apparently less intelligent than dogs, but more intelligent than cats. They are pretty smart! I really enjoyed the delicious food and interacting with the goats! I would like to visit again in a different season. I want to see the twins! They would be so cute.
