予約してあったフルコース(5000円、税別)をいただいた。マスターの話では、今日のメニューには60種類の野菜が使われているらしい。
一年間では約150種類の野菜を使うが、そのうち120種類以上の野菜は、自ら開墾した周囲1600坪の土地で栽培しているとのこと。
ほぼ野菜オンリーのメニューだが、それぞれ工夫されていて、全てが美味しかった。1カ月前に生まれたコヤギの「ぎんじ」も愛らしく、気付けば3時間も滞在させてもらった。
