この日に行ったのは奈良ロイヤルホテルの別館で駐車場内の一角にあるレストラン
中国料理の沙山華です
日本料理のお店みたいな外観で中国料理のお店とは思えないですね
門をくぐると立派な日本庭園があります
広々とした部屋に円卓が並んでます
食べたのは週末限定「ランチコース」
飲み物はハイボールを頼みます

1品目はヤリイカのサラダ 四川山椒ソース
山椒ソースが美味しくヤリイカはもちろん野菜ともピッタリ
アガリクス茸のとろみスープ
ピーチシャークの北京風甘辛炒め
ピーチシャークはヨシキリザメみたいですね
あっさりとしていて淡白な白身は甘辛く味付けされて美味しいですね
四種野菜 海醤炒め
帆立、海老、烏賊＆蛸から海鮮は選べて海老をチョイス
海老の旨味とプリっとした食感がたまらないです
海老のチリソース
ぷりぷりの海老にこのチリソースがまた美味しい～
大和牛の林檎ソース
お肉もやわらかくてほんのり林檎の甘味のあるソースが美味しい～
この後は麺かご飯物
自家製焼豚入り海老レタス炒飯

干し海老と胡麻の濃厚担々麺
この3種類から選べて
自家製焼豚入り海老レタス炒飯をチョイス
ご飯がパラパラで焼豚の旨味とレタスのシャキシャキ食感のとても美味しい焼飯でした
デザートはマンゴープリンでした
最後はホットコーヒー
美味しかった～
落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりと楽しく食事ができました
