奈良に行った時に、どこか美味しいランチのお店ないかな〜って探して入った『出雲そばだんだん』って言うお蕎麦屋さんがすっごく美味しかったよ。
出雲そばを割子そばか釜揚げそばにして食べさせてくれます。お店の人のオススメが割子そばだったので私はそれにしました。
割子そばとは、割子と呼ばれる丸い入れ物にそばを盛って、薬味とそばつゆを直接かけて食べる食べ方なんだって。
食べ方を書いたものがテーブルに置かれていたから、料理が来るまで見て予習(^ ^)
そばは風味が良く、しっかりとコシもあり、ツルツルっと喉越しが良い。薬味はネギ、刻み海苔、カツオ節、塩と色々あるので、味変しながら食べられるのが良いね。
天ぷらは、揚げたての熱々サクサクを持ってきてくれるのがまた嬉しい。
店内の雰囲気もすごく良くて、昼も夜もおまかせメニューもあるみたいなので、次は予約して行ってみようと思いました。
