奈良出張２日目。旧知の仕事仲間と情報交換の場に選んだのが当店。知らない土地で、ここを選んだ理由は次の通り。
・奈良の郷土料理が食べたい
・あまり大箱じゃないキャパ
・もちろん旨い！と評価が高いこと
・もちろんリーズナブル
・場所は近鉄奈良駅から行ける位置
で、白羽の矢を立てたのが当店。おばんざいがそそられたポイント。場所が想定より遠い場所になったのは、内容優先にしたから。近鉄奈良駅から３キロ弱ぐらい離れてました。

結論から言えば大正解！大当たりでした。気に入った一番の理由は、リーズナブルで食べたことのない料理が並んだこと。どれもこれもお初のもののばかりでした(^^)
秋ならではの食材に手間を掛け、一品一品丁寧に作られた料理になっています。素材の良さを前面に出したシンプルでストレートな料理も良いけれども、ひとの技を施した料理もまた格別な味わいが楽しめます。
やはり関東人にとっては、やや薄味に感じましたが、かと言って物足りない訳ではありません。酒のアテとしては十分満足出来るものでした。更にひとつひとつがとにかく凝ったお料理で、これでもかと出て来た印象です。
実はこの前に０次会をやってしまっていて、あまりの品数に後半は防戦一方に。中盤以降は、飲むのも食べるのもガクッとペースダウンしてしまい、たいへん申し訳なかったです。
