完全予約制のお店「大和牛と野菜のフルコース」予約しました。
おかわかめ、そうめん南瓜他、大和野菜たちとローストビーフや大和牛の時雨煮が盛り籠に入れられた物が前菜。汲み上げ湯葉など普段食べないものがチラホラありました。そして旬野菜の天麩羅。
野菜の炊き合わせの味付けが私には濃かったけど、揚げ粟餅が美味しく、かけられたお出汁は葛を溶いてトロミをつけたものでした。
大和牛のリブロースは陶板焼き、熱々でいただけます。
デザートは大和野菜の五ヶ谷生姜のカヌレと果物。
カヌレは好きじゃないけど生姜とスパイスの風味が効いたしっとりカヌレで、なかなか美味しかったです。「ザジカヌレ」というお店のものらしい。
店員さんはにこやかで感じのよい方ばかり、気持ち良く食事することができました。
大和野菜の説明も丁寧にしてくれましたよ。
