奈良県JR奈良駅近くの鳥焼肉屋さん、その名も「鳥」！！
予約してから、やってきました♪カウンターに座り、１人焼肉、私専用の炭火焼き、良い感じ。
注文は「焼き鶏5品盛り」。お肉は、もも、せせり、きも、心臓、ひね。鶏皮ポン酢も注文して、お肉来るまで、食欲増進液をグビグビ飲んで待機！
5分程で、お肉登場！！美味しいそぉーっ。色艶良いっ、1人でテンション爆上がり！！
ももから焼いていきます♪
タレは、塩ダレと醤油ダレっとニンニン醤油！ニンニン醤油良いかなっと思いましたが、最初から出されている醤油ダレの方が美味しく感じました。
せせりも心臓も美味しいっ、最高旨いっ！！最後は「ひね」。親鶏です。弾力あって歯応え良いっ！！噛む程に、旨味がジュワジュワ出て来る。最後に相応しい、お肉だっ。じっくり噛み締め、味わいます♪
鶏皮ポン酢も、揚げたて、サックサク。あっ、この鶏皮ポン酢、美味しいっ。
〆は、鶏雑炊！！うわぁー、〆にぴったり、濃くなく薄くなく、優しい味、それでいて、鶏の旨味バッチリ！！美味しいっ、来てよかった。
