大和肉鷄は、ニューハンプシャー種に名古屋種をかけ合わせた雌にシャモの雄をかけ合わせた鶏です。

▪️大和肉鶏の特徴
大和肉鶏は奈良県で育てている地鶏です。
肉の外観・皮膚も常に綺麗で、脂肪の蓄積が少なく弾力性があります。
ささみの胸肉にもツヤがあり、どんな料理としても適度な弾力と柔らかさを持っています。
豊富な肉汁も含んでおり「地鶏」本来の味が味わえます。
