奈良は大和西大寺にあるお好み焼きチェーン、風月さんです。
結構古くからならファミリーにはありますが初訪問ですね。
お好み焼きではなく、野菜たっぷり焼きそばを注文です。いきなり変化球！
見た目的にはどちらかというとコテコテソース味でめっちゃ味が濃い印象です。
だがしかしそのままですと「結構薄味。。。」な状態です。
テーブルにあるソースで好みの濃さに調整するスタイルなんですね！
しかもこのソースかなりフルーティーで香りが良い。多分ですが甘いミカンの味がします。
酸味も強めです。
味が濃すぎるのが苦手なんで実によかったです。
お好み焼きも挑戦したくなりました。
