I decided to have lunch while shopping and had Fugetsu's Okonomiyaki for the first time in a while. The cheese-filled Okonomiyaki displayed in front of the shop looked so delicious that I was torn between modern-yaki and cheese-tama pork-tama, but I ended up ordering cheese-tama pork-tama. The staff doesn't bring out the finished product or cook it themselves, they cook it right in front of you. All you have to do is wait until it's done. It's filled with plenty of cheese, the egg is soft-boiled, and the aroma of the sauce whets your appetite. I was reminded that Okonomiyaki really does taste better when eaten straight from the hot plate. Thank you for the meal.
