・自家製からすみと地元産の大根:からすみのちょうどいい塩加減と新鮮なしゃきしゃき大根でお酒が進みます
・アスパラの和風ポタージュ:かつおだしベースのポタージュスープ。新しい味で日本人なら嫌いな人はいないと思います。
・うなぎの白焼きわさび添え:わさびとの愛称抜群。日本酒が進みます。
・刺身盛り:きずし、ほたるいか(富山産)、えび(いけす。焼いたお頭つき)、日向なつ(わさびと醤油で食べる新感覚の味でした)
・ふぐとせりのお味噌汁:香りがよく、お酒がまわってきた体に気持ちよく吸い込まれます
