西大寺駅北口から徒歩5分、大阪風ひとくち餃子「天平」の味を引き継ぐ店。店内はカウンターとテーブル一つ。自慢の餃子は高知のニラや鹿児島の豚ミンチなど素材にもこだわり、生ニンニクは使わない。両面焼きのサクサクした歯ごたえで、いくらでも食べられそう。激辛餃子もラインナップし、辛さは3段階。写真は焼餃子1人前（8個）に悶絶餃子が2個付いた悶セット。右二つが悶絶餃子、見た目は普通の餃子と変わらないが、世界一辛いとギネス認定されたこともあるキャロライナ・リーバーを使い、それこそ悶絶する辛さ。タレは醤油3、酢7を推奨。持ち帰りは生、焼きともに10個から。

餃子の店らしく、焼、水、スープ餃子、餃子にゅうめんなどあり。また予約で豚しゃぶ餃子鍋がいただける。餃子以外は、キムチ、紀州赤鶏のたたき、カマンベールチーズなど。ドリンクは定番はもちろん入手困難な地酒や焼酎、果実酒などが豊富にそろう。
スープ餃子
ふわふわの卵スープにつるんとした餃子が4つ。優しい味で〆にもいい。
激辛餃子
好きな人ははまるというハバネロブートジョロキア入り。じわじわ辛味がくる。（14.6）
水餃子
焼餃子とは違う厚めの皮を使い、つるんと、もちもちとした食感。ポン酢でいただく。
持ち帰り
持ち帰りは10個から、焼き・生から選べる。チルドで2日間、焼き方の紙を見て。
焼餃子・スープ餃子・胡瓜
卵でとじたスープ餃子は締めにもいい一品。胡瓜の糠漬けはあっさりとお口直しに。(04.4)
