◎天ざるうどん1400円(蕎麦がデフォルトかも)、つゆは鰹ダシの甘め→薬味はネギと生姜、うずら玉子付き、良い香りの天ぷら(えび、ししとう、なす、さつまいも、玉葱)、うどんの量は控えめながら食感もっちり。
○かけそば540円、前述の鰹ダシの甘めと似た風味で、食べる人の好みで賛否分かれるかな。蕎麦は更科のように白に近く洗練された細目のそば→冷やしが合う。
これからの暑い時期は、山菜などが乗ったぶっかけ「唐招提寺」「薬師寺」も美味しそう。
以前に食べた◎カレーうどん1000円(価格は最新)、前述の甘め鰹ダシとスパイスの効いたカレーとがバランスよくブレンドされる。うどんがもちもち。汁が跳ねないように服を汚さないように気を付ければ、一番お薦めはカレーうどん。
