ならファミリーのレストラン街にある、牛タンのお店です。何度か前を通りましたが、牛タン美味しそう～と思いつつ、ちょっとお値段が張るためなかなか行けませんでした。
今回、思い切ってお買い物した後、ディナーで伺いました。
お店はファミリー向けなので開放的で、テーブル席のみです。照明は暗めで、居酒屋さん風な雰囲気です。
メニューは牛タンがメインですが、それ以外もあります。やはり牛タンはそこそこお値段が張りますね。
今回は牛タン定食、冷麺、牛タン餃子を注文しました。
牛タン定食は、少し厚めの牛タンがメインの定食です。タンの味がしっかりとしていて、弾力のある食感です。噛むほどに旨味が口の中に広がっていきます。タンは薄切り派と厚切り派に分かれますが、個人的にはやはりある程度の肉厚と弾力がほしいので、こちらのタンは十分満足です。やはり牛タンを看板に掲げているだけあって、チェーン店でも美味しいですね^^
冷麺は…麺がとにかく柔らかく、弾力がなくて冷麺っぽくなかったです。少し違いますが、どちらかというともっちりとした食感です。お餅を麺にして、もう少し粘りを抑えた感じかな？思っていた冷麺と全然違いました。個人的には弾力のある締まった食感の冷麺が好きなので、好みではなかったです><
餃子は皮は厚めで、もっちりとした食感です。中の具材にタンが入っていて、しっかりとタンの味が感じられます。皮が厚めでやや重いので小さいながらもお腹に溜まりますが、美味しいです^^小さいのでつい多く頼みがちになりますが、量は少なめにして頼むのをオススメします。
餅は餅屋というように、やはり牛タンをメインで扱っているお店は、多少値が張っても牛タンだなと感じました。ただ、値が張ると言っても他の牛タンのお店よりは比較的リーズナブルだと思います。
美味しい牛タンを手軽に食べたい時にオススメです。
