土曜の 1時に。
くるみの木が待ち多数だったので、昼食抜きでコチラへ。
店は郊外のバイパス沿いにあり、駐車場も完備されていて訪問しやすい感じ。
店内に入ると、左手がイートインスペースで、先に右手のショーケースでケーキを注文する。
着席してから、今度はドリンクを注文して暫し待つ。
シャモニーは、カタチ的に外側はコーティングだと思っていたら、予想に反して外側までムースでやわやわだった。
フレジエは、酸味と甘さのバランスが素晴らしく、今まで食べたイチゴ系ケーキの最高峰だった。感動した！
ナイフは無く、フォーク一本で食べるスタイルだが、その方が親しみやすくて良いかも。
気になるケーキも沢山あったし、多くのレビュアーさんがオススメするアンブロワジーも食べなきゃだし、コレは再訪せざるを得ないなぁ。
