希少なあぐー豚を頂ける
お店があると聞いて、
新大宮まで出向いてきました♪
友人と3名で、
量をたくさん食べられるか
不安だったので、
あぐーと蒸し野菜のコース二人前と
一品ものをオーダーしました。
つきだしも、
3種類、季節の野菜を使用した
優しいお惣菜が出てきて、
特にサツマイモのクリチ和え、
とっても美味しかったです(*^^*)
野菜も、無農薬にこだわっている様子。
野菜と、次に豚で、
蒸しあがるまで時間がかかります。
一品のお料理も出て来るまで少し時間が
かかりましたが、
お店の方がきちんとご挨拶くださり、
全く悪い印象はありませんでした。
あぐー、柔らかくておいしかった！
