I made a reservation and used it! They were also very accommodating to changing my reservation time at the last minute! The salted Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is exquisite, and the recommended dish is the broiled offal. It was so soft it almost melted in your mouth! The ash-grilled atka mackerel was also delicious!
