I visited the restaurant on a weekday lunch in February. I was able to get a seat without lining up. The interior of the restaurant is clean. ⚫︎ Order "Kasu Udon" When I looked up "Kasu", I found out that it was cow intestines fried at a low temperature until they were crispy. The soup, which contained "Kasu", green laver (which was thick) and green onions, was very delicious and seeped into my body.
