予約をして、金曜日の夜に行きました。
高級感があっていい雰囲気です。
魚介類がついているコースもありましたが、お肉が食べたかったので、お肉のみの7,900円のコースにしました。
内容は、アミューズ 、季節のオードブル、本日の自家製スープ、彩り野菜の新鮮サラダ
特選黒毛和牛フィレ又はサーロインステーキ 、焼き野菜、ご飯 赤だし 香の物
デザート、コーヒーまたは紅茶 です。
ドリンクは、烏龍茶（400円）。
ご飯は、700円追加でガーリックチャーハンにしました。
アミューズ 、季節のオードブルは、少量ですが見た目も味も良かったです。
自家製スープは、さつまいもとココアのスープでした。さつまいもの甘さがほんのり感じられ、フワフワのスープでした。
サラダは、いろいろな野菜が入っていて新鮮でした。
ソースは、塩、醤油、白みそなどの5種類にその場でおろしてくれるわさびもあります。いろいろな味を楽しめました。
玉ねぎ、かぼちゃ、しめじなどの焼き野菜は、そのまま食べてもじゅうぶん美味しかったです。
お肉は、フィレとサーロインを半分ずつミディアムでお願いしました。
どちらも柔らかくて甘味があって、感動する美味しさでした。
お焦げがのっているガーリックチャーハンも良かったです。
この日が記念日ということをお伝えしていたら、とても嬉しいサービスをしていただきました。
接客も丁寧で、気分よく過ごせました。
とても満足したので、また記念日で利用したいと思います。
