It's on a griddle, but it doesn't seem like it was grilled on this griddle. This one is served with chili pepper miso, yuzu pepper, and Gyoza / Dumpling sauce! Gyoza / Dumpling sauce is sweet, so it's a bit unsatisfactory for me, who loves sour vinegar soy sauce. You can feel the fat of the black pork in Gyoza / Dumpling, and it's delicious! They said it was delicious (bﾟv`*) ◆ Grilled Onigiri with bonito miso from Kagoshima Prefecture ◆ The grilled Onigiri was quite dry and chewy, but the ``bonito miso'' spread on the top. It's delicious~(*´艸`) Accompanied by 2 slices of ``radish barley miso pickle'' per person. It was a bit salty and hard to eat ( ˃ ⌑︎ ˂ ) It was a reasonable size Onigiri, so it was the perfect amount to finish off✧︎*｡٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧︎*｡ - -------------------------------------------------- --------------- This content costs over 4000 yen per person.
