ならまち、庚申堂のすぐ横、コンセプトはゆったりとくつろげる大人のカフェ。写真はこの日のボリクの汁定食。メインのスープは冷たいボルシチ。ビーツとヨーグルトできれいなピンク色。さっぱりとした味にジャガイモとゆで卵のみじん切り。カリカリに焼かれたホットサンドにはハムとチーズ。ルッコラのサラダにはガーリックとショウガが効いたドレッシング。パプリカときゅうりのピクルス。店内ではマトリョーシカなどロシア雑貨の販売もある。時々作品展などのイベントも行う。

1,2ヵ月で替わるランチは汁定食が2種類、一つは和食、もう一つは各国のスープをメインにしたもの。カナカナの姉妹店ということでロシア系が多い。他にスイーツやドリンクなど。
ボリクの汁定食
和の汁定食はすだちとごまの豚汁。寝かせ玄米ご飯、胡麻豆腐、揚げ茄子と野菜のだんだん重ね、梅干し。
ドリンク
左は自家製クワス。ロシアの乳酸飲料で黒パンを発酵させて作る。ビールとコーラと麦茶を足したような味。
ボリクの汁定食
グルジアのハルチョという牛肉を煮込んだスパイシーなスープ。ほうれん草とクルミのペースト。(15.10)
