日本酒もいろいろあります
日本酒を飲みながら焼肉を食べたい時は、こちらへうかがいます。
いつもながら、メニューには載っていない日本酒を出してもらいました。
今回は、「八海山」の特別純米原酒。
八海山らしい、しっかりした味のお酒です。
今年発売された「久保田」の純米大吟醸もありましたが、それはまた次回のお楽しみ。
焼肉はホルモン盛り合わせを特別仕様にしてもらいました。
ホルモンが好きなので、これだけで十分満足です。
がっつり食べなくてもいいので、フラっと立ち寄ることができる、個人的には好きなお店です。
肉のコスパは抜群！

またまた行ってきました。
今回は、ホルモン盛り合わせを注文。
結構多いのでよく注文します。
日本酒はメニューにない「〆張鶴」のしぼりたてをいただきました。
アルコール度数が高めのどっしりとしたお酒です。
飲み物はメニューにないものも結構あるようなので、店主に聞いたほうが良いと思います。
サービスで、どて焼きをいただきました。
よく煮込まれていて柔らかく、美味しかったです。
私以外にも、一人で来られてカウンターで食べている人もいました。
カウンターで一人焼肉、結構いいです。
＜2016年８月 再訪＞
オープンしてから間もなく1年。
何度か食べに行っています。
メニューも少し変わり、特にほとんどのワインが国産になっています。
ワインの味はあまりわからないのですが、国産ワインのレベルが以前に比べて非常に上がっているとのことです。
私は日本酒党なので、お肉と日本酒、それとスルメキムチをいただきました。
相変わらず、肉のレベルは高いと思います。
うっかり写真を撮るのを忘れたため、スルメキムチの食べかけをパチリ（笑）
他のお客は女性がほとんどでしたので、店主の目指しているお店に近づいているようです。
＜2015年８月 訪問＞
最近オープンした奈良の焼肉屋さんで、評価が高かったので行ってみました。
お店は、「こんなところに！」と思うような場所にあります。
先に書き込みされているように、焼肉屋さんらしくない内装でした。
メニューを見ると一見高そうに思えますが、肉の質は良く、量も多いので、コストパフォーマンスは抜群だと思います。
特に上ロースは柔らかくて、脂に甘みがありました。
脂が多すぎるのが苦手な人は、ランプでも十分満足できると思います。
Twitterの画面を提示すれば、6000円以上で1000円引きになったので、かなり安く食べられました。
機会があれば、また行きたいお店です。

I went there for the first time in a while. Lately, it seems that sometimes you can't get in without a reservation, even on weekdays. I ordered sake and meat as usual. Then I was asked, ``What do you think of the meat we have today?'' and the meat that came out was Chateaubriand. Since it was a great opportunity, I decided to give it a try. As expected, it was a high quality cut, not greasy, soft and delicious. Some alcohol items are not listed on the menu, so it might be a good idea to ask about the meat options as well. It's still a great value Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant.
