シンプルだけどバターと塩の加減が程よくて

以前に奈良のシェフェスタで、サバをサンドして柿の葉で包んだ「柿の葉パン」を出品されてて、それが絶品でした！
シェフェスタ限定メニューだったのか分かりませんが、また食べたいです@( ´ ● ` )@
