JR奈良駅近くで、遅い時間のディナー。
ラ トラースで。
白木と白の家具、内装からなる、落ち着いた雰囲気の店内。
静かに、ゆったりと食事ができる。
11000円のコースと、5500円のペアリングワインを注文した。
アミューズ。
筍のフリットと、ホタルイカのペースト。
春らしい料理。
ホタルイカの旨味しっかりねっとりソースと、筍の爽やかさが調和している。
パテ。
上にはコンソメジュレ、真ん中にはハツ。
周りにはパイ生地。
付け合わせはキャロットラペ。
食感や味など、変化させながら食べる。
美味しいなー。
自家製パン。
モッチモチでしっとり。
モンゴウイカと青海苔のリゾット。
レモンの皮で爽やかさを増す。
ドライでタンニンしっかりな白ワインと、食べると、驚くほど美味しかった。
甘鯛の鱗焼き。
ワカメとサフランのスープと。
アンガス牛と葉玉ねぎ、ブラッドオレンジのソースと。
赤身だけど凄く柔らかいアンガス牛。
地元の食材と、ブラッドオレンジの苦味と酸味。
デザートその1。
コーヒーゼリーと、下にレモンミルクのアイス。
デザートその２。
古都華という苺のショートケーキ。
爽やかな生クリームと、フワッと柔らかなシフォンケーキ。
食後のドリップコーヒーで終了。
濃くなく、優しくて調和の良い料理たち。
お店の内装の雰囲気と同じく優しいな。
ゆったり、落ち着いて食事ができました。
