グラスがよく磨かれている、指に吸い付く感じ。
アミューズは「新玉ねぎ」と「モンゴウイカ」。
新たまの香りと甘さが絶妙。
ただ、烏賊があまり感じられない。

「パテアンクルート」普通に美味しいよ。
付け合わせの人参もgoodだわ。
このパンは凄いな、モチモチだわ。

ズッキーニ、ホタテ
上手にズッキーニを処理してる、
ホタテのムースもgood。
トマトと相性が良くて美味しい。
