三輪の今西酒造を訪れたあと、ディナーは奈良駅からほど近い「ラ・トラース」へ
カウンターとテーブル席があり、ご夫婦の接客はとてもアットホームな温かさを感じます
どのお料理も作り込まれた美味しさの中に主役となる味があり、お酒とのペアリングがより一層愉しめました
この日印象に残ったのは、前菜その1の花ズッキーニとお肉料理の大和丸なすです
どちらも焦がし具合が絶妙で、写真を見返すだけでもまた食べたくなってきました
京都や大阪から足を伸ばして訪れる価値のある一軒です
