Overall, it had a gentle and delicate seasoning and was very delicious. The first duck consomme was delicious and I wanted a second helping. Next was roasted wild yam, rape blossoms wrapped in bean curd, and, to top it all off, a whole carrot sautéed with camembert cheese. I'm already surprised by this. I was amazed by the chef's imagination. From here, there were two main dishes, sautéed soles cooked at a low temperature. Lamb fillet? The Steak is topped with green onions. Hats off to the delicious dish, which is full of flavor and the presence of vegetables. The strawberry sakuramochi was also great. I will definitely make a reservation when I visit Nara.
