奈良は大和西大寺にあるステーキハウス、JiNさんです。
西大寺境内の東南の角近くのお店です、かつて菅原町に住んでいた頃は毎日横をとおって駅に行っておりました。
この場所は居酒屋→焼き鳥屋→ステーキハウス（別の）→現在、という変遷だったと思います。
ランチタイムはテイクアウトも意識して丼物、カレーのメニュー構成です。
イートインですじカレー（\1,100）を注文です。
カウンター前の鉄板でおもむろに野菜やすじを炒め出し、カレーもソースパンで温めています。
コテを使ってチャッチャッとひっくり返すパフォーマンスはお好み焼き風でもあります。
オモシロイ
10分ほどで着丼。
エリンギ、タマネギ、ズッキーニ、トマトなどの焼き野菜とすじ煮込みがトッピングされたカレーです。ルーは後から辛みが来るタイプ（甘辛とまではいきません）です。
焼き野菜がなければ普通のカレーですが、野菜が全体をぐっと引き立てている感じがします。
ステーキも食べてみたくなりました。
