仕事終わりに参加したので、高速飛ばして行きましたが
だいぶ遅れました・・(´・ω・`)ゴメンナサィ。。
到着すると、ずっと会いたかった奈良のマイレビュ様が~~♡

お初の方だらけで、かなり緊張しましたw
席につくと、お肉残してくれてた♡(≧∇≦)ありがと~!
でもお店出るまで30分しかなくて・・
幹事さんが遅れた私の為に一生懸命焼いてくれました(*^_^*)感謝!
■極上厚切りミスジステーキ
迎賓館に来たらこれを食べなくては意味がない!!という事で早速注文♫
綺麗にサシが入って分厚くて、見るからに美味しいに決まってます♡
ミスジは肩(うで)の肩甲骨の内側に位置していてあまり動かない為に非常に柔らかい希少部位。
肉の中に大きな3枚の筋が入っていることから「ミスジ」と呼ばれるそうです。
食べてみると柔らかくて旨味たっぷりで(・∀・)ウマーィ♡
■極上厚切りハネシタステーキ
こちらも厚切りだけど、ミスジステーキに比べるとちょっと厚みが無いね(´・ω・`)
ハネシタは肩ロースの内側にある最も美しいサシが入っている希少部位。(別名:ザブトン)
サシがかなり入ってますがクドくなくて旨味があり美味しかったです♫
■和牛の握り
後から来たからメニュー分からないけど、和牛の握り美味しかったなぁ~♡
これは何個でも食べたい感じでした\(^o^)/
■霜降りレアユッケ
ユッケがあるお店最高~♡しかも霜降りです♫
生肉ならではのなめらかな舌触りに、甘く広がる肉の旨味。
卵黄とタレのコラボレーション、たまりゃん(*´д`*)ハァハァ♡
■本日の板長お勧め六種盛り
ここらへんから時間がなくて急いで食べたので、味わって食べてないような・・(;´∀`)
ただただ、どれも美味しくてご飯がススム君でした♡
ちなみに私は天理店には訪問済みです。
たまたまかも知れませんが奈良店の方が肉質良かったな~って思いました。
評価は天理店と同じにしとくけどねw
スタッフの方も接客良くて、店前まで出てお見送り下さいました。

I often go to the Tenri store, but it's been 6 years since I last visited the Nara store! This place is closer to my house (^ω^) I think this time I was able to order better than any other time I've been to the State Guest House ♡ I was able to eat everything I wanted and was very satisfied (∩ ´∀`)∩ [b:■Wagyu beef skirt steak] I love meat Sushi ♥ Geihinkan has 4 types of meat Sushi. Tongue nigiri, skirt steak nigiri, three types of red meat nigiri, and three types of marbled nigiri. I have eaten three types of red meat nigiri in the past, so this time I chose skirt steak nigiri. The meat is cut quite thickly and is very satisfying to eat.The rich fat melts away, and the aroma of high-quality wagyu beef intoxicates you. It tasted raw, but it may have been cooked at a low temperature. [b:■Top quality yukke tongue] Anyway, I like raw meat lol, so I also go for yukke tongue~ (Haruna Aikaze lol) Maybe this tan is the original tan? It's quite frosty, isn't it? That's great! [b:■Wagyu Beef Cut Off] (Large serving) You will definitely be missing out if you don't order this! A popular menu that is limited to one dish and is unlikely to sell out! [b:■Special tongue] Look! This frosting! Truly special ♡ The part must be tan! [b:■Ichibo Steak] Speaking of the State Guest House, it is the thick-sliced Steak series! ! I've eaten Misuji Haneshita Steak in the past, so this time I chose the Ichibo Steak ♡ As you can see from the photo, it's the best marbled meat with a fine texture. Ichibo and rump are both meat from the butt, but rump is closer to the waist and Ichibo is closer to the tail, so if you want to feel the softness, moderate sweetness, and umami, then Ichibo is the meat for you. It was so delicious that it was crazy ♥♥ It was a very satisfying single course with Cold Noodles and dessert to finish it off. It was about 13,000 yen for two people. Personally, I was very satisfied with the content of my order, which made me feel like I had thoroughly enjoyed the State Guest House. Thank you for the meal☆彡
