ぜいたくな昼飲みタイムを満喫しました。視覚、味覚、嗅覚に響く料理に大満足です。料理を口に運び、その後に香ってくるほのかな素材の香りがいちいち楽しめました。
どれだけ下ごしらえに時間を割いているのか考えると、徹底したサービスを発揮してくれた若い職人さん達の朝からの苦労が偲ばれます。
『また、行きたい！』と素直に思いましたが、予約は年内いっぱいだそうです。そういえば今回の予約も半年以上前でした。
また、来年を目指してチャンスを伺うことにします。
感動した分野は、価格面ですね。昼飲みしすぎたせいもあって高くつきましたが、料理代は税金サービス料を抜いて20,000円ちょうどです。非常に安く感じました。
そのぐらいいちいちのこだわりが感じ取られたからです。
最後に出されたお薄もいくらめくっても泡であり、とてもクリーミーでおいしかったです。そんなところにもこだわりを感じました。
強いてケチをつけるなら、広くて、衛生的なトイレです。母屋を出て別棟に向かうのですが、寒かった！
でも、これも演出かと思えば寒暖差も心地よく思えました。
スタッフのおごらない日々の在り方が予想つくだけに、是非にも再訪したい店です。
