新進気鋭の若き大将が生み出す、一品一品が、創意工夫のお料理を楽しめるお店です。6〜7回程度、訪問させて頂いていますが、奈良で、3本の指に数えられるお店に間違いないと思います。
場所の違いで、京都の超一流店の半額ぐらいで、楽しめるのではないかと、そう考えると、リーズナブル。
しかし、余りにも予約が取れないので、もう少し、多くの人が楽しめるように、工夫されたらどうかと、食べた味の余韻に浸って、帰途に着きました。
