並びの多さに期待も膨らむ感じであります！

本日は、特製醤油を頂きましたが、とても美味しいラーメンですね！
国産丸鶏のスープに、オリジナルブレンド醤油とポルチーニ茸の香味油を加えているとの事っ！
無化調でこれだけ旨味を引き出すには、かなりベースになるスープをしっかりと作ってるんだろうなって感じました！
また、中細ストレート麺はモッチリな食感で、スープをよく持ち上げて良き感じっ！
次は、塩味のんを食べてみたいな！
