休日の朝10時30分に到着。
ポールポジションで並びます。
11時に開店。
行列は10数人。
券売機はタッチパネル。
百名店やグルメガイドのステッカーが貼ってあります。
◎塩そば 1200円
にしました。
だしは、白色透明。
香りすごい。飲む前から。
塩加減良い。
丸鶏、貝柱、海老の旨味も加えているそう。
確かに貝かおる。
麺は中太、わずかにちぢれ。
ツルツル、歯ごたえ。
チャーシュー3枚。
味わい深い。
半熟たまご。
ピンク色のかいわれ。
からみ。
刻みネギ。
だしの味変に。
穂先メンマ。柔らかい。
香り高いだしの大変おいしい塩そばでした。
