個人的に中華そばはここが一番好きです。
リピートしているラーメン屋さんはここだけで、多い時で週3回行きました笑
もともと休日に並んでいるのを見かけて気になっていたのですが、並ぶのは苦手(せっかち)なので、平日の営業開始頃に来店。
メニューの特色は下記のような印象(完全なる個人的意見)。
▪️特製醤油そば
究極のさっぱり。普段スープ飲まない派ですが、このスープは飲みたくなるほど美味しい。一番リピートしてます。
▪️特製塩そば
やや個性的。トリュフオイルが香り高く、The創作ラーメンという感じ。特製醤油そばと甲乙つけがたいほど好きです。
▪️特製まぜそば
汁なしの塩まぜそば。海鮮系ダシがお好きな方にオススメ。
▪️味噌まぜそば(冬季限定)
一口目が一番美味しかったのはこれかも。濃厚な味噌が麺によく絡む。お腹が空いててパンチが欲しい時にオススメ。
▪️チャーシュー丼
お腹に余力があれば必ず頼んでしまうミニ丼。そば屋さんだけど、チャーシューも引けを取らず！チャーシュー専門店できるんじゃない？ってぐらい絶品。
納得の百名店。どのメニューも美味しく、行くたびに次いつ来ようかな〜と楽しみになるお店です！
