久しぶりに嫁さんと近鉄奈良駅付近を散策です(^^
でっ途中におじゃましました！
奈良の日本酒勢揃いって感じのお店でした！
付き出しは280円でした。
お酒は大（138cc）、中（100cc）、小（50cc）があります。
メッチャ種類があって悩んだ末に
『風の森 雄町』大950円と
『みむろ杉 純米吟醸山田錦』大890円を
お願いしました。
アテの方は『造り五種盛り』1,580円と
『鶏の唐揚も』500円で。
風の森は酸味と甘みが強めな感じ。
こういうのは若干苦手やけど
バランスが良くて美味しい♪
みむろ杉は弱い酸味とスッキリやけど
旨みが残って・・・こういうの好き♡
お造りは特にってのはなし。
唐揚げはジュワっとした感じがいいねぇ～
次のお酒は
『百楽門 純米大吟醸』大980円と
『八咫烏 純米吟醸』大980円を
お願いしました。
百楽門はスッキリとした甘みと旨みで
美味しい♪
八咫烏はまろやかな甘さで飲みやすく美味しい♪
もう味の違いが分からなくなってきてるけど
どれも美味しいねん！
アテの方は『菜の花辛子和え』380円に
『ポークモモ吟醸焼き』620円と
『鮮魚荒煮付け』820円です。
菜の花辛子和えは日本酒に合うねぇ～
吟醸焼きは豚肉の旨みが強くて美味しい♪
荒煮は時間がかなり掛かるので要注意！
やけどこれもメッチャ美味い♪
最後に『五神 生しぼり』大820円を
お願いしました。
こちらは濃いめの甘みと旨みです。
う〜ん、満足です。
お酒はどれも飲みやすくてこれ以上は
危険です(^^;
って事で終了です。
奈良の日本酒を美味しさを
再認識&圧倒されました♪
