辛どろそばとミニチャーシュー丼を注文。
券売機でドロドロそばを注文したかったのですが、私の目では発見できませんでした。非常に見にくく感じました。
ミニチャーシュー丼ですが価格の割にはチャーシューが少なかったです。チャーシューの味付けが酸っぱくてご飯が進まない感じでした。チャーシューの量が少ないため、白米だけが残りしましたので、卓上のラーメンダレをかけてなんとか食べきりました。
辛どろそばは、濃度2ということでしたが、十分ドロドロでした。唐辛子の辛さというよりは塩気がきつくて飲むのが困難でした。これは飲んだらやばいと脳が警報を鳴らしていました。スープも酸味が全面に出ていましたが、これはおそらく唐辛子系の酸味かなと。デフォのどろそばは酸っぱくないと記憶しております。麺は、つるっとした平打ち。パスタのリングイネのような感じのもちもち食感で、好みではないですがこれはこれでありかなと思いました。
