カウンター席6、2人がけテーブル2の小さなお店ですが、BGMも含めオールドアメリカンな雰囲気がよし！
レジで先に注文と会計を済まし、狭い通路を通り席にとおされるスタイルです。
チーズバーガー(1,210円)とコロナビール(660円)2本を注文。バーガーにコロナビールは定番@( ´ ● ` )@
パティは100%グラスフェッドビーフ（初耳）。店内に説明書きがありますが、牧草のみで育った牛でオメガ3を多く含むとか血中悪玉コレステロールを下げるとか、その他諸々効果でなにやらヘルシーなビーフらしい。ヘルシーなうえに肉の旨味もしっかり味わえます。
石窯で焼いた天然酵母のバンズは表面がパリッとしてほんのり甘くパティとの相性も良し！
こちらのお店、もっと早く知ってれば良かった。
またお気に入りのバーガー屋さんが増えました。
