8月に行って以来のぺろんちょさん。
コロナ中で投稿を自粛していましたが、本日行ってやっとお伝えできます。
奈良で欲しい絵があり、無事購入後機嫌よくこちらのお店でランチを目論んで訪問。
前回はハンバーグだったので、今回はステーキを食べるぞ!と。
ご予約は？と聞かれて、コロナ明けで混んでる？と思いましたが、一人だったのでカウンターに通して頂けました。
注文は本日のレアビーフステーキ（2260円抜）
カウンターなので、調理がじっくり見られるので実に楽しい。
肉はいわゆる「縦だか横だかわからない」250gのごっつい肉。
表面に焼き目をしっかりつけて、少し置いてから再度焼いてカットするんですね。
目で楽しんでいると、オレンジジュース製造マシンが背後で動き始めた。
こういうの好きなんだよね。
嬉しがって、生しぼりオレンジジュース（500円抜）を追加。
作ってみますか？って言っていただけましたが、混んでいて厨房が戦場のため自粛ｗ
サラダから到着。
たっぷりのマスタードソースが美味しいのです!
ステーキとライスも到着。
250gのステーキは迫力があります。
マスタードとステーキソースをつけて頂きますが、ステーキソースを熱い鉄板にかけると美味しいっすよね。
焼き加減ばっちり、旨味もボリュームも充分、大満足のレアビーフステーキでした。
オレンジジュースもマシンで絞るので少しは苦味があるかな？とおもいきや、果肉をダイレクトで食べている美味しさでした。
