カウンターがオススメの高級焼肉屋さん。
新大宮駅のクラブが立ち並ぶど真ん中にひときわ目立つ木の扉があります。
おそらく、クラブのお姉さんとかが同伴とかに使うような感じなのかな～
カウンターは広くてスタッフの方の距離が近くてお料理を作っている臨場感があっていいですね！
今回はハラミ２種類食べ比べ、厚切りの塩タン
西京焼、肉吸い、たまごかけごはんなどいただきました。
オススメは塩タンと、もちろんハラミ！
塩タンは分厚くて、スタッフの方が焼いてくれるのですが、けっこうしっかり目に焼いたにもかかわらずすごく柔らかい！
ハラミは焼肉というよりは、ステーキです。
塊肉をスタッフの方が目の前で焼いてくれます。
鉄板焼でよくやるフランベも目の前でしてくれます！
ほぼステーキのハラミはトリュフ入りの卵黄に付けてすき焼き風にしていただきました(^-^)
焼肉屋さんの概念を覆す高級焼肉屋さんでした！
