ランチやってます
夜にうかがったことはありますが、最近は夜に出歩くことがなくなったのでランチ営業は嬉しいです。
所用で近くを通ったときに、まさかのランチ営業の登り。迷わず入店しました。
入り口は少々入りにくいと感じる方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、中に入ると店の方の対応がソフトで居心地のいい空間です。
新大宮御膳と迷いましたが、ランチの焼き肉は不完全燃焼で終わることが多いので、彩りハラミ重にしました。
丁寧に焼かれた濃いめの味付けのハラミがご飯にびっしり乗っています。龍の卵とトリュフがトッピングとして添えられています。
肉は柔らかく、ハラミですのでしつこさが全くありません。卵黄とトリュフを乗せると高級な卵かけご飯になります。箸休めのナムルで口直ししながら美味しくいただきました。
ただ、せっかくの焼き肉店ですので、肉を焼いてがっつり食べたいです。夜のメニューもランチの時間帯に頼めるということですので、次回はコースをランチでいただこうと決意しました。

休日はランチメニューがありませんので、特上ハラミコースをお願いしました。

肉は全て店の方が焼いてくださいます。さすが北新地はらみ、どれもたいへん美味しくいただきました。特に特上ハラミステーキはタレにくぐらせてから卵黄を絡めていただくと絶品でした。
