女性パティシエールお一人で切り盛りされています。
店内ではマフィンやパウンドケーキ類が売られています。
イートインではチーズケーキやシフォンケーキがいただけます。
山コーヒーとシフォンケーキのセット(\1,010)を注文です。
10分ほどで配膳。
コーヒーは大きめのマグカップになみなみ入って登場。
うん、香りよいです。酸味抑えめで、少し苦みが立つ感じ、好みのバランスですね。
シフォンケーキが驚きのデコレーション！！
え～柿とかイチジクが入ってたっぷりホイップクリームがかかってます。
そして謎のキャラクターのクッキー。。こびとづかん的な。。。
フワフワのシフォンケーキにクリームを和えていただくと、すぺさるな味わいです。
コーヒーの味も立ちます！
気になるお菓子いっぱいなのでまた来ます。
