久しぶりにならファミリーに訪問した時にグリル蔵敷を見つけました。
6Fレストラン街も日々雰囲気が変わったように感じました。
神戸ドリアの跡に、グリル蔵敷が、OPENしていたようです。
ホームページによると、サンマルクグループが、プロデュースされたらしく、100%牛肉を使っているそうです。
雰囲気は、シックで落ち着いた店内で、デートにも使えるが、ちょっとした集まりや、子供連れでも使いやすい感じです。
平日でもかなり来店されているようだが、ランチ時間帯を少し外すと(ランチタイム 11:00〜15:00)席がゆったりと座れます。
ランチタイムのメニューから、海老とハンバーグステーキのセットを選びました。
先ずは、スープとサラダが来ました。
後から、ご飯と鉄板に乗ったハンバーグが来ました。
鉄板は、ジュウジュウ焼けた状態で、飛んだ脂の状況を楽しみました。
ハンバーグを切ると、脂が滴り落ちる位に出てきました。
ソース煮付けなくても、牛肉の柔らかさや、肉肉しい感じをたのしめました。
