While walking around Yakushiji Temple, I found a Crepes sign. When I looked at the menu, I saw that they had lunch and Sweets at the cafe, and takeaway prices were reasonable. We decided to take takeaway Crepes, and I chose matcha and my second son chose chocolate brownie. The taste was delicious, but today was a very cold day with occasional light snow, so the matcha ice cream made me shiver. The second son who avoided ice cream is great. Matcha ice cream with red bean paste, whipped cream, and a little matcha powder on top. It was not too sweet and had a good balance. It has more cream than the typical chain store Crepes, and is hearty and satisfying. I would like to use it again if it costs about 500 yen. Eat-in is a little expensive, so I don't think I'll use it. Although it was a small shop, both lunch takeaway were done in one operation. It might take a while if it's crowded.
