寒くなってきたのでラーメンを食べようとなったが、何処に行くのか食べログで検索。
麺屋えぐちさんは有名だが行った事がなかったので、チャレンジする事に！
中華そばが有名との事で普通の中華そばと背脂の中華そばをそれぞれ煮卵トッピング。チャーシュー飯と注文。
味は間違いなく美味い。
シンプルな中華そばではあるが深みがあり、非常に美味しかった。
