ハイハイタウンで沈んだ気持ちを回復させるべく近鉄大和西大寺駅構内にあるNOROMANIAさんに寄りました。
奈良の名店NOROMAさんのチェーン店だと思って今まで素通りしてたのですが、同じ系列店と思えない、全然違う味でびっくりです。
本店やセカンドのBIBIRIさんにも行ったことがあり、それぞれ違う美味しさなのですが、まさかのここも新形態。
3店舗とも全く違う味やのにセカンドとか姉妹店とか紛らわしいやん。
そして私は系列店舗の中でここノロマニアさんが1番好みです。
いただいたのは豚そば並。
名前に反してガツンと魚介が前面に来ます。
豚骨のまろやかさがスープを高めて自家製の中太麺に良く合います。
黒胡椒の風味も良く、この手のスープには珍しい刻みゆずも嬉しい。
厚みのあるバラチャーシューもレアより好きなのでテンション上がりました。
飲んだ帰りだったので並にしちゃったけど全然足りない。
次回は大盛りでいきます。
新人研修しながらのせいか、オーダーしてから提供までに20分、まあこれは仕方ないのでOK。
ただ、調味料とか紙ナプキンが隣の席と共用で遠くて取りにくい。改善求む。
