場所は奈良市三条通り
「牡蠣らぁ蕎麦」がいただける変化球なお店があるというので行ってみた
ラーメン屋としては昼営業のみで店舗は2階にあります
・牡蠣らぁ蕎麦 かけ 650円
・煮玉子 100円
・牡蠣漬 200円
少し緑掛かったスープはなかなか濃厚
麺はラーメンというより蕎麦に近くて歯切れがよくてうまい
トッピングでプリッとした牡蠣が2個
牡蠣×鷄のミンチも最後まで楽しめる
最後は提供されたバジルスープで違った味わいを
色々こだわりの詰まった一杯に思う
