大和西大寺駅前に骨付鳥のお店ができてると思ったら、
奈良駅にあった“一勝“が移転リニューアルしたお店でした。
カフェのようなお洒落なお店に生まれ変わってます。
骨付鳥は香川県の“一鶴”が発祥で大阪にも店舗がありますが一鶴へのリスペクトを感じる味の再現。
スパイスをしっかり効かせた濃い味付けにパリっとふっくらと焼かれたひな鶏は最高です。ビールがすすみます♪
一鶴ほどガッツリしょっぱ辛くないという感じで食べやすくて良いと思います。
一勝のときも何度か利用させてもらってましたが、
これが奈良で食べれるのは本当に嬉しいですね@( ´ ● ` )@
アルコール類も一品もメニュー豊富です。
違うメニューも味わってみたいのでまた行きます♪
